All marked down items are final sale.  No returns or exchanges accepted. 

RESTRICTIONS

Due to hygiene reasons, if there is any evidence that a bikini bottom or one piece has been worn, or is missing its hygiene tag, we cannot issue a refund.  We respect our customers and want to ensure quality throughout all of our products. Accessories, beach towels can not be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for any damages.  All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and contain the price tag and hygiene liner for bikini bottoms.  If we determine these requirements were not met, it may lead to a partial refund or refund refusal.  In the case we find the merchandise has been worn or product is returned in damaged condition, Trifitbody retains the right not to process the return, or process the return at a lesser value.  Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of package receipt.

Please note that we don’t accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address after you cover the cost of re-delivery.

REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund:

  1. Go to TrifitBody.com > Account > Orders
  2. Select the order number of the product you want to return/refund.
  3. Select the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the order total column. This opens a prompt to Request a Refund. Note: If you do not see the ellipsis icon, it means the 30-day period has passed.
  4. Click the link to Request a refund. A Refund Request Form displays.
  5. Select a refund reason from the drop-down menu and add details about your reason for the refund request.
  6. Select Request Refund.

 

An automated response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account. Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process.
